Sarah Payne

Impact Consulting Manager

Sarah envisions a world in which people from all lines of work and walks of life work together to creatively tackle our most pressing challenges and build a more just global community. She believes the private sector has a critical role to play in this work, as businesses small and large increasingly seek to create positive impact and promote the well-being of both people and planet. In her role at ASSETS, Sarah finds joy in witnessing and cultivating the commitment of local entrepreneurs to using business as a force for good in our community.

Prior to joining the ASSETS team, Sarah completed a year of national service through AmeriCorps VISTA and worked internationally on various economic development initiatives. Her experiences have bridged the worlds of public policy, community development, research, business training, women’s empowerment, and sustainability. She brings to ASSETS an ambitious mindset, a tenacious passion for justice, and an eagerness to learn.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in World History from Messiah College and an MBA in Economic Development from Eastern University.
